A successful career woman, Managing Director of Adaptive Business Transformation, an accredited Business Transformation Leader, and a mother, who recently established the first Miniboss Business School in Australia.

Elena was leading projects and transforming Australian organisations for 17 years, working for such companies as Virgin Australia, KPMG, HP, and then establishing her own consulting company helping organisations reach new levels of success. Beyond the 9 to 5 days she mentored teenagers through the Smith Family Foundation for a number of years, which gave her a new purpose and mission in life. After the birth of her daughter Elena decided to dedicate more time to making children’s future successful, preparing them for the real life and helping them gain skills they need to survive and succeed in the business world. So, early in 2020 Elena established the first Miniboss Business School in Australia, and now together with her team shares her experience with the young entrepreneurs.
